Christmas is just around the corner so we’ve made a list of our favourite products to get that cycling obsessed person in your life.
Socks are a classic stocking stuffer but daggy business socks are no use to a cyclist. Cycling socks are far better at wicking moisture and keeping your feet cool than a pair of regular socks (they also look awesome!).
A good set of lights will keep your loved one safe and give you peace of mind when they’re out there on the roads. Lights vary in price, lumen output and run time, so there is something to suit every budget and every rider.
You can never have enough cycling kit and with a shift to more tonal colours, rather than outrageous patterns and wild designs you can now mix and match tops and bottoms to your heart’s content.
All serious road cyclist and mountain bikers lust after fancy sunglasses. Oakley is the market leaders in high-end sports-focused glasses and with a heap of different frame shapes and lens technology, there is something to suit every rider.
A clean bike is a fast bike! And we all know someone who spends more time cleaning and their bike than riding it – so why not get them the right tools for the job. Bike specific cleaners and brushes go along way in preserving the life of your bike’s components.
Grips and Bar Tape
New grips go along way to making your bike feel like new again. Your hands are just one of three contact points connected to your bicycle, so it’s important to have comfortable and fresh feeling grips on your bike.
Multi-tools are a great way to work on your bike out on the road or trail and fix any problems that come up when riding. Multi-tools are the Swiss Army knives of the bike world and they’re a great weapon for any rider to have in their arsenal.
WA Trail Guide Book
Has your loved one just got a new Mountain Bike? Then the Trail Guide is the perfect gift. Its got all of the trails listed around WA, with detailed maps, info on places to park, eat and stay around the area the guide has all the information they’ll ever need.
A New Bike
Want to really make someone happy this Christmas? A new bike is sure to do that. Our pick of the bunch this year would have to be the Trek Marlin 5 and at $699.00 with great parts, a lightweight alloy frame and big 29 inch wheels, it’s a bike that suits so many different applications and riders.
We hope this list makes your gift buying a little easier this Christmas. If you have any more questions come in-store and one of our friendly staff will be more than happy to help.

Christmas is coming in hawt!! And now is the time to start thinking about getting your loved one that new bike organised for Christmas morning. Lay-by’ing a bike is a great way to ensure you get the exact bike you want for that special someone come Christmas morning. It also means you can pay it off over time and don’t have to stress keeping the bike hiden from them.
We’ve answered a few of the most frequently asked questions we get about lay-bys around the Christmas period.
What deposit is required?
A 20% deposit is required to lay-by a bike.
How often do I have to make payments?
We ask for fortnightly payments over the course of your lay-by and payments can be made either over the phone or instore.
How long can you store the bike for?
We will be open until 2pm on Christmas Eve, so we can hold onto the bike until then. If you pay off the bike early we can still hold onto it – no sweat!
Do the bikes come assembled?
Of course they do! Santa’s little helpers will be working tirelessly to ensure every bike is put together to the highest standards so your loved one can enjoy their new wheels Christmas day. Want any accessories? We can install them too.
We hope this has cleared a few things up. But if you have any more questions shoot us an email, call us or pop into the shop and the team will be happy to give you a hand.
